The PanamSTEPS Manual provides a complete overview, guidelines and supporting materials for countries wishing to undertake noncommunicable disease (NCD) risk factor surveys, using the WHO STEPwise approach to NCD risk factor surveillance. It is written in modular parts and follows the sequence of events required to implement a STEPS survey. The seven parts of the PanamSTEPS Manual include:
